Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up to date with all treatments including flea, tick, worm and all vaccinations.

Owner is liable for any loss or damage caused by their dog.

Dog walker is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.

It is the owners responsibility to ensure a full disclosure of any behavioral and health problems including aggression, antisocial, barking, pulling, high prey drive and if the dog is trusted around children and other pets.

 

In case of emergency we will contact the owner or person the owner has nominated on the number provided to us by the owner.

We reserve the right to make decisions regarding the health of your dog providing it is at all times acting in the best interest of the dog and with the advice of a veterinary surgeon. 

Owner is responsible for vet fees incurred by the dog walker.

 

We can walk up to four dogs at a time.

It is the owners preference if he/she wants a one to one walk or with a group of other friendly dogs. 

We will only walk aggressive or antisocial dogs as one to one.

 

The booked time is for how long the dog is walked for and does not include travel time, please be aware of this when booking.

If you have limited time or just want your dog back at a certain time, be sure to let us know.
